Electrical Cabinet Schema
The main problems encountered on the packing line, delivered twentyfive year ago, are the result of the different operating methods implemented over the years.
To revamp of the line was need to recovery of the electrical documentation with reverse engineering methodology.
The Electrical Cabinet Schema is the basic to do the analysis of the anomalies to be optimized.
Field Device Mapping
The filed devices (photocell, solenoid valve, motor,. . .) mapping on the PLC Input Output is essential for the software documentation and analysis.
The analysis of the software routines made it possible to identify the critical points of the packaging line and to define new logical of control.
PLC Software Optimization
The checks of the new logics and the validation of the software changes pass through the passing of the Factory Acceptance Tests and the Site Acceptance Tests.
The Factory Acceptance Tests are performed in the laboratory simulating the status of the field devices.
The Site Acceptance Tests are performed directly on the packaging line.
The revamping of the packaging line ends with the delivery of the As Build documentation.
